Our Continuous Improvement Plan, implemented since the last quarter of 2024, has yielded excellent results. We provide ongoing training for the entire sales team. This work is carried out daily by our executives. Every Friday afternoon, we work in detail on customer service techniques, information about our current and new products, market trends, and sales clinics simulating different scenarios and how we should react to each of them. This will help us be better prepared to provide superior customer service and enhance the capabilities of our sales team. 

This plan isn’t limited to just a Friday meeting; we participate in leadership trainings every day of the week thanks to coach Miguel from Coaching Ecuador https://coachingecuador.com/. We’ve had a great experience with our coach and all his guidance on how to be better for our clients. This leadership work has provided us with a wealth of guidance to improve our overall business skills. 

Continuous improvement doesn’t just happen in our team, where we constantly innovate; it expands to our fields. New varieties of roses, garden roses, spray roses, and summer flowers are always on our minds. It’s not only important to have new varieties but also to expand our range of colors and products, always with our main objective: to be better for you, our customers. 

We have a constant goal: to be better in everything we do. Every day is a new opportunity to learn and improve. Every day is a new opportunity to grow as individuals and as professionals.
